The municipal office will be closed on Monday May 22nd for Victoria Day.
The office will reopen at 9:30am Tuesday May 23rd

As a result of the recent landfill survey conducted by the Village,
Hilton Beach Landfill hours will remain unchanged

Victoria Day Weekend (May 20th – 22nd) is free dump weekend

Summer Hours begin May 15th:

Wednesdays Noon to 5pm;

Saturdays 10:00 am – 3:00 pm;

Sundays Noon- 4pm

MARINA BUILDING UPDATES AND RENOVATIONS

Sealed Tenders are invited from registered and reputable general contractors clearly marked as to contents. Packages will be received at the Village of Hilton Beach Municipal Office, 3100 Bowker Street, Hilton Beach or by email at jillian@hiltonbeach.com on or before Monday May 29th, 2023 at 4:00 pm.

This tender is for significant improvements to the Marina facilities at the Village of Hilton Beach. Work required includes but is not limited to leak repairs, window replacement, soffit and fascia replacement, plumbing upgrades, shower facility upgrades, tile replacement, plastering and painting, and exterior building improvements.

The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders submitted.

Interested contractors can reach out to arrange an opportunity to view the site and discuss the needs of the Village prior to submitting your sealed bids.

Sealed Tenders are invited from registered and reputable contractors clearly marked as to contents. Packages will be received at the Village of Hilton Beach Municipal Office, 3100 Bowker Street, Hilton Beach or by email at jillian@hiltonbeach.com on or before Monday May 8th, 2023 at 4:00 pm.

The tender is for the replacement of approximately 15-20 anchors and chain. Some floats require replacement. Please contact the Village office for a detailed package.
